All current Land Titles Records are computerized and are accessible via BC Online. Most historic land title records are not automated and are retained in the appropriate land title office.

For a title search you need to supply one of the following…
Legal description of the parcel
Nine digit parcel identifier number (PID) or
Current title number. Titles cannot be searched using a civic street address.

Lawyers can electronically file land title and survey documents on line through the secure and rapid Electronic Filing System (EFS) right from legal professionals offices.
